March 2026 Impact

Quick recap! Everything at 431 comes back to three areas that we thrive at: Restoring Futures, Rebuilding Confidence and Renewing Hope. Every class, coaching conversation, practical service, and referral is designed to move women forward in these areas, with the goal of healing in every area of their lives.

Re:Storing Futures

As life moves increasingly towards digital, 431 takes a staunch approach to remaining in person for all classes and coaching sessions. There are many reasons, but a key one is that God wired us for Communication, and Himself chose to communicate in person through Jesus.

40% of women who answered said they struggle with basic communication.

This means that part of the journey that our ladies take with us is building up their communication “muscles,” often while under intense situations like court appearances or custody negotiations.

March’s Re:Store Communication class started at the very beginning: that there are times to speak and to be silent, and even God has used both actions in His relationships with us. One of the clients shared:

The ladies of 431 have shown me what it truly means to be loved and seen. Without them I don’t think I would have ever started to open up and break down the wall that I had spent years building around my heart.

Re:Building Confidence

After each Re:Store Class, the 431 team also hosts a Connection Lunch, which gives our engaged ladies a chance to connect, share stories and hardships and lean into the community that they are looking for.

In March, we added another special activity: watercolor painting! One of our amazing volunteers found painting to be an incredible outlet during a hard season of her life, and wanted to share it with our ladies.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was indeed a great outlet for one client in particular who recently fled domestic abuse.

Re:Newing Hope

The Re:New Self-Worth series wrapped up the first week of March as we examined Counterfeit Identities and considered the identities that the Lord offers us through Scripture: Greatly Loved, Chosen, Masterpiece, Daughter, Friend, and Bride.

As part of the class, clients are given the chance to write down lies they have experienced around their self-worth – specifically what they have held onto as “measuring sticks” to be loved. These are then handed in, prayed over by staff and individually replaced with truths.

Then, on the final night, everyone is given them back, and offered an opportunity to throw them in an actual fire. It is always a highlight of the class.

And last but certainly not least, another special moment happened when a 431 graduate came back to teach the very class that changed her life.

Kristin graduated back in August 2025, and both her mentor and 431 leadership recognized the gift of teaching within her. She started by simply facilitating a separate Bible Study back in the fall, and came back to teach the 9-week Re:New Emotional Health class. She shared:

It is a highlight of my week to sit with these ladies, hear their stories and to teach them how much God loves them. The class brings up a lot of really difficult topics, but the ladies continue to choose to be courageously vulnerable, and that’s where the healing happens.

These stories aren’t over, and we need your help to see them to completion.

Will you give a special gift of $43 today to celebrate the 43 unique ladies we served in March?
