Discovering the Gap
431 Ministries’ founders, Rachel and Justin Peck, started 431 Ministries after helping a single mom facing homelessness. During their time with her, they discovered there was nowhere for her to go to learn the skills she needed to gain stability. After Justin and Rachel helped her gain independence, word spread, and more women were referred to them. Seeing the ongoing need for a new type of help, 431 Ministries was founded on May 10, 2028.
The 431 Mission
431 Ministries exists to serve women who have been through hardships, offering opportunities to find hope and develop a plan for an independent future.
These opportunities are what fill the gap and create the next steps that take women from uncertainty to stability.
Our vision and hope is that 431 Ministries not only fills this gap, but is ultimately a place where all women are known, seen, and loved.
The Opportunities
While walking with women through hardships, 431 Ministries discovered there are 16 key areas women need to master in order to gain stability.
431 created the Re:Store Me Assessment to mirror these 16 categories and built classes, coaching sessions, advocacy, community-building opportunities, and a mentorship program out of them.
When a woman takes the assessment, she is given a score that provides an individualized plan to connect her to the right opportunities.
